Best char-siu bao I've had in town. Huge chunks of meat, not shredded pieces of things supposed to be pork and certainly no silly food colouring here!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Like Amy Yip’s... umm... N1ps, they’re big! To give you an idea of size, that’s a whole, normal-sized boiled egg in the middle of the massive meat filled bun right there. WTF?! As a grown man, I struggled with just half of this. I guess more than a handful, I mean mouthful, I mean... oh, I give up! It was pretty tasty, but nothing to write home about 🤪🤪🤪😂😂😂

Lots of filling, but wish the bread were a bit thinner. Great flavour!
