Who would have though you can get such fantastic sushi in Mexico 🇲🇽

Who would have thought that the best sushi, I've tasted so far in my life, would be in Mexico?! Every bite on this plate was a delight. The most amazing being the tempura temaki in the far corner. It had eel and cream cheese and something else and avocado I think, but it was the textures that made it so great. Crispy then chewy then creamy then crispy again. Oh it was happiness!

This was one of my favourite bites, the aroma and the taste omg!

Tuna sashimi, Tobiko nigiri, smoked eel nigiri and Uni nigiri. All fantastic, but the Uni was and that is a big statement: one of the most divine mouthfuls of food I've ever eaten. Yes.

And Unagi in the background. I'm still trying to find the elusive delicacy that is Uni. (Never had it yet) They have it on the menu here, but only for weekends ... One day I'm going to find it! #stayinghopeful

The margarita was excellent, too!

Daily Special. Fresh Fish flown in from Japan. I only remember the middle one was flying fish.
