Deeeeeeelischhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Following Yelp recommendations I had breakfast here today. I ask the alter what was the best thing to have and like a lot of yelp reviewers he said #21 He did inform me that it has pigs kidney in it, if I was fine with it, which I was. I was impressed with that much attention for a China town restaurant, where I expected to just be served quickly without much fuss. So kudos for that. But most important is of course the broth. And the broth was good. So good I didn't want to add any of the condiments that usually get added along the way. I loved that broth just as it is.

Not bad for a Peruvian street market stall. I like the biodegradable bowls.

It was a good broth, made from scratch, so really it’s a fantastic diet dish. The Shiratake noodle work just as well as rice noodles! Thumbs up 👍

Not the greatest pho, but a great 'after show' snack :)
