The best fried fish ever!

I like the fish and chips in Cape Town. This fish was hake. Nice and meaty.

My boyfriends dish. The pub owner goes sea fishing himself. His catch becomes the fish and chips. I didn't try the fish but I nicked a few chips, and they were really really good.

Every month I get sent random stuff from my online supermarket to review. This is one of those things. The fish that is. Not anywhere near a proper chip shop fish, but actually quite nice. 4 out of 5 stars me thinks.

It was ok, but I wouldn’t rush back for more.
