Well it’s a totally simple dish, but the eggs were perfect the hashbrowns were crisp and soft and the chilli ketchup was a yummy choice, too. So there! ☀️🌴🍀

I can't believe how much I loved this. So simple, yet so pleasurable.

Trying more items from their breakfast menu. These poached eggs are served on native potato hash browns and a white haloumi like cheese, then topped with the delicious creamy huancaina sauce and dried black olive crumbles. Yummy
