Maido, MirafloresThe first of two desserts. Amador cacao - piura - 70%, yuzu, shica shica ice cream (Amazonian fruit) mochis, bahuaja nuts, cacao nibs. I loved the ice cream and the mochis, the chocolate mousse was very rich and potently chocolatey. An interesting dessert presented in a real cacao pod.
