Optional addition of sea salt and rosemary. The fries were salted perfectly and had the softest crunch -- indicative of a seasoned, meticulous fry cook. Best fries I've found in Ireland so far (compliments to the chef)! Does anyone else like the texture of biting 4+ fries at once or am I crazy?
