The broth was unreal. Amazing flavour with a really nice spicy kick. Lots of shelfish and loaded with samphire.

Monkfish cheek scampi. Really tasty. Nicely seasoned dish.

Olive oil was very nice. Loved the pink peppercorns with them. #sardines #oliveoil

Confit fennel was great. Cod cooked perfectly. I love samphire.
