Calling this a pastrami sandwich really doesn’t do it justice, unfortunately I can’t remember the name of said sandwich partly due to it being a (special) sandwich. However I can certainly remember the flavours and textures from this magnificent sandwich. The meat was a combination between palma ham and chorizo slices aswell as some chilli beef thrown is aswell so to call this a meet feast, well understatement . The salty, spicy nature of the sandwich was prominent and made itself known with each delicious bite. A special molè was the spread for the crispy bread which helped the sandwich not be dry. Finally veggies were thrown in for that textural contrast. Great sandwich wish i remembered what it was called.
