What’s not to love, a parcel filled with flavourful diced lamb, spices and onions!!!! The pasty had an amazing crumbly texture which helped with the oiliness from the lamb, which balanced together nicely. The overall ratio was great aswell, Ofcourse a little inconsistent but that’s expected for a handmade/home cooked restaurant.
