I seriously can’t get enough of these fried dumplings. As good as the saltfish was, fried dumplings are always just the part of the dish that I enjoy the most. Oily, fried balls of goodness with a nice fluffy interior, seriously perfect. The salt fish wasn’t anything to pass by either, seasoned with plenty of flavour especially when paired with the spicy sauce. Both components of the dish work extremely well together and just a hearty meal for a good price!!!
