Roasted with gochujang, cilantro & peanuts. This order of Brussels sprouts came as part of the prix fixe menu my wife opted for this evening. The serving was way generous... Too much for her alone, but enough to share with a table of four.

Roasted lemon vinaigrette, pine nut romesco.

This was up on the "Specials" board for this evening's visit to Bollywood. It's so good!

Boiled spinach with sesame dressing.

Served with preserved lemon, green olives and harissa cream. Pretty good combo. Plenty to share for a table of four.

Roasted brussel sprouts with bacon, pecorino roasted garlic, and maple balsamic. So nummy!

A healthy serving of crunchy glazed cauliflower with lemon and chili. Tastes SOOOO GOOD, but you know that it's NOT good for you. Eat it with no regrets.

An excellent small plate to start off with. The fried cauliflower was very good, BUT became great when you topped it with the sour-ness of the lemon fraiche.

I feel this is one of Firehouse's "must order" plates. They make 'em taste so good. Served with lemon creme fraiche.

My favorite preparation of green beans... dry sautéed. They came out perfect!

Cauliflower florets, flash fried and served with tahini.

Danwei sears the cauliflower in a wok with sweet peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and scallions. This is a great dish to share.

I liked these... you just can't have one. These are pretty close to tater tots. You start eating and before you know it, they are all gone.

Served up with feta, honey-lime dressing, shiso.

Traditional mixed julienned veggies & shredded dried cuttlefish. Served with lettuce.

This is a prime example of taking something healthy and making it unhealthy... BUT that didn't stop us from giving them a try. Tempura fried, then tossed in a gochujang sauce. Cauliflower with a spicy bite.

We order this most every time we nosh at Bollywood. This time... it seemed a little lacking. I'm hoping this is just a one time fluke.
