AMAZING
1st PAPPARDELLE

Pappardelle with braised lamb, mint & parmigiano reggiano. My wife ordered this... One taste and I knew she was gonna enjoy her entree. The flavor of this entree is incredible. A must order in my opinion.
2nd PASTA SPECIAL
Caffe Mingo, Portland
This evening's special was a ground lam ragu paired with fettuccine. The pasta was excellent and prepared perfectly. The lamb was numski.
3rd PAPPARDELLE WITH BRAISED WILD BOAR RAGÚ

A perfect pairing between the wild boar and pappardelle. The boar was tender and flavorful.

Sunday gravy, baby back rib ragu, parmigiano reggiano. Rigatoni was the perfect consistency, and the ragu so meaty tasting.
6th TAGLIATELLE WITH BEEF & PORK RAGU

This pasta dish is excellent. The ragu was very meaty.

Orecchiette with Italian sausage, black kale, roasted tomatoes & smoked pecorino. The balance of all of the ingredients was very good. The portion size was perfect for dinner.

This was my entreé choice for dinner. Linguini tossed in a creamy parmesan & egg sauce with crisped pork, finished with shaved parmesan cheese.

This was the special of the evening. My wife really enjoyed it. The serving was generous. The pasta-chicken ration was good.

The portion was plenty for a heavy lunch. The pasta was perfect for me and the chicken & broccoli made for a great combo.

I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. Overall it was better than I thought it would be. Grilled chicken & a medley of fresh vegetables tossed with ruffled pappardelle pasta in a light lemon herb sauce. The portion is fairly generous.
20th ZOODLES PRIMAVERA WITH SHRIMP

My wife ordered this entreé. Zucchini noodles tossed in a light basil cream sauce with broccoli, carrots, seasoned tomatoes, roasted red peppers & mushrooms. She enjoyed it, but felt the zucchini pasta portion was smaller than she liked and there were way too many roasted red peppers.
