Egg noodles, charred garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, and boneless fried chicken. The noodles were perfectly prepared and the chicken was crispy outside & moist and tasty inside. I can see why this is popular at Chubby's.
Tossed in house made garlic-soy sauce and topped with sliced cucumber, carrot, pickled Chinese veggies, scallion and cilantro. Can be ordered with a choice of shredded chicken or pan seared tofu. This was perfect for lunch on a beautiful summer afternoon. The portion is enough to share with one other.
The noodles had to have been house made as they were so good! Though, to us, this was far from "spicy". They did serve it with this oil, we added a few drops... THERE'S the heat. There also could have been more minced pork. Overall a tasty noodle bowl I would order again.
This is a favorite for me at Pure Spice Chinese Restaurant. They top it off with a light soy sauce... you may also order the noodles with pork, beef or shrimp. This order was vegetarian style.
We ordered ours with chicken. Shandong's version is served in a spicy peanut sauce. The noodles were fresh... the water chestnuts brought in a nice crunchy texture.
This dish tastes good. The broccoli was crisp but cooked through. The noodles were decent. Though there was some chicken, there could have been more of it. Overall, a decent dish.
My 1st time trying this noodle dish... the noodles were great, the pickled mustard greens were not so sour and mixed well with the other ingredients. I suggest giving it a try.
The cuts of roasted pork had a nice crispy skin layer and just enough fatty-ness, but was thin. The roasted chicken was tasty, but nothing to write home about. The noodles were meh, and the sauce covering it couldn't hide that.
