Grilled cheese sammy with ham, french fries & tomato soup... the trinity of comfort food IMHO.

How did Founding Farmers make their grilled cheese stand out for me? They mixed gruyere, white cheddar & muenster cheeses... making for one tasty grilled cheese sammy. Add the roasted tomato soup and fries... makes for a great meal!

Swiss, provolone, pastrami, gochujang mayo, choi napa cabbage kimchi on sourdough black rye.

Tillamook cheese, bacon jam, caramelized onions on Grand Central Como bread. Cheesy-bacony goodness, served up with a side of potato wedges.

Smoked gouda, sharp cheddar cheese, tomato & bacon on grilled sourdough. Served with a bowl of house made basil tomato bisque. Nummy combo.

Rustic white bread, gruyere cheese, butternut squash, guava paste & truffle aioli. Served with french fries.

I was in the mood for a little comfort food for lunch this day and decided on a simple grilled cheese sandwich. Well made, but not "WOW!" I kinda wish they had tomato soup on the menu. The fried were good. The overall portion is as expected.
