This sandwich... Basilisk did this right. The chicken thigh is fried to perfection... crispy outside, yummy nummy-ness inside. So much meat stuffed between some excellent bread.

Perfectly prepared. The chicken was just crispy outside while staying moist inside. The portion is enough for 2 to share, though it felt rather small.

You'll find this in the izakaya section of the menu. Crispy fried chicken thigh pieces, served with house dill-yuzu sauce. The portion was perfect for sharing with a party of 2-4... though, I will say that I would not have minded noshing it all by myself. Yummy!

This dish blew me away!! Afuri served it up fresh out of the fryer... so hot and tasty! The chicken was tender and flavorful... I'm betting it's thigh meat. I would say this is a must order when dining here.

Don't let it's looks fool you. That was some tasty fried chicken topped with country gravy. Crispy outside and tender inside. The chicken was not dry at all. The fried eggs were perfect... Yolks were runny as they should be. I chose a side of grits... Which were meh.

The chicken was scrumptious. Though, I will say that the pine salt was weird. The pieces of chicken has a pine smell to them, but they tasted normal.

Sauteed string beans with crunchy marinated chicken in special sauce. The chicken is indeed crunchy, although a most pieces were bit too crunchy and salty. The sauteed beans were good. Portion is enough to share. This was part of a take-out order.
