4th KNEADED FISH RICE
Top Burmese Bistro Royale, Beaverton
Tilapia, fresh tomatoes, garlic, spiced potatoes, and tumeric kneaded with jasmine rice. This was sooooo nummy!!
5th ALASKAN HALIBUT
Southpark Seafood, Portland
Part of my wife's prix fixe menu... The halibut is served over navy beans, chicories, pomegranate, capers & preserved lemon vinaigrette. She really enjoyed it. My bet is the portion size is probably smaller than the full priced entreé.
7th MOLCAJETE FISH
Bandido´s Restaurant Bar, Zihuatanejo
I was so envious that my wife ordered this. The salsa was bubbling hot when it came to the table.

14th PETRALE SOLE

Pan seared petrale sole, chili remoulade, fingerling potatoes, meyer lemon, haricots verts, cherry tomatoes. The sole was flaky and seared to perfection. The entire entree was well put together.
15th TANDOORI FISH

Our first time having this in any Indian restaurant. The fish was so flaky and perfect. No fishy taste. The serving was plenty to satisfy.

Riverwalk Restaurant, Yorktown
This was the "fish of the day" entree. My wife enjoyed it very much.
19th CHA CA "LA VONG"

The last time I enjoyed this dish was about 9 months ago. The catfish, crispy on the outside, flaky inside, the noodles were perfect. Still one of my favorite dishes at Pok Pok.

The steelhead trout was perfect.
21st BACALHU OVER RICE
Bake on the Run - Authentic Guyanese Masterful Cuisines, Portland
Bake on the Run is a good cart that serves authentic Guyanese food. Bacalhu is a Portuguese salted cod omelet. The salted cod mixed well with the egg.
22nd POR QUE PLATE WITH FISH
¿Por Qué No?, Portland
The base plate comes with beans, rice, a small salad, salsa fresca, guacamole, crema & 4 corn tortillas. I ordered it with fish, which was flakey & fried to perfection. Can also be ordered with carne asada, grilled chicken, chorizo, and carnitas.
