Part of my wife's prix fixe menu... The halibut is served over navy beans, chicories, pomegranate, capers & preserved lemon vinaigrette. She really enjoyed it. My bet is the portion size is probably smaller than the full priced entreé.
Fillet of red snapper simmered in a savory coconut pepper sauce scented with lime, fresh herbs & carta de oro rum. Served with black beans & white rice. The snapper was flaky and cooked to perfection. This portion was perfect for lunch.
