1st BEEF TONGUE

One of the few times I have had tongue, and I would order this again. Served over grilled corn removed from the cob.

Pambiche's "Oxtail on Fire"... tender oxtail slowly braised in a spicy creole wine sauce. Served with rice and corn fritters. So yummy, I cleaned all of the meat off the bone.

"Oxtail on fire", slow braised oxtail in a spicy Creole wine sauce. Served with white rice & corn fritters. Though this is one of the most expensive items on the menu, it's well worth it. The meat fell off the bone and was so nummy. The portion is plenty for dinner.

Breaded chicken breast or beef topped with tomato sauce, cheese and herbs. Served with your choice of salad or french fries. I ordered breaded beef with fries. The order took a little longer to prepare, but I felt worth the wait. The fries were perfect.
