Don’t let the rather drab appearance of this soup deter you from trying it. It really is rather good! I could smell the red wine as soon as the bowl was placed down. It’s packed with ginger slices as well, which helps to tone down the liver taste. This really tasted very nourishing and I would definitely reorder. And you know what? I don’t even like liver!
