Haven’t seen otak otak served like that in that basket since my childhood. Proper tickled by that I was. The otak otak is good here but not for those who can’t take spicy. Ordered another 40 sticks to take back to KL 😁.

“Home-styled spicy grilled cat fish fillet wrapped in banana leaf. Served with a side of cucumber and bread to soak up all its goodness.” ~ Slightly different than the otak-otak that I usually have but still quite tasty. The bread is definitely necessary as the otak-otak was a tad salty on its own. This is place is still worth going to if you are in the area. Friendly service, great ambience and wallet-friendly as well.
