CAFFEINE;, Kuala LumpurButterfly pea flower crepes with coconut cream and kaya layered in between. This was inspired by a classic local kuih and yeah, it was really good. That coconut cream was light as a feather and not too sweet and the crepes (the blue hue is from the butterfly pea flowers) were thin and delicate. Throw in kaya (coconut jam) in some of the layers, not too much because that would be overkill and there you have it. A great reinterpretation of a local favourite.
