We’ve been bingeing on coconut jelly a lot lately and so far this one is the best. The texture of the jelly is so soft you don’t even need a spoon, you could easily just suck it up with a straw. It’s amazingly sweet and fragrant and gone in 2 minutes. Don’t neglect the coconut meat, it’s nice and tender and easily scraped off with a spoon.

I believe this was complimentary. Great refreshing way to end the meal.
