Holy schmokes that durian cheese topping!!! To be honest I was a bit apprehensive. Durian, cheese and yogurt sounds a bit funky even to me. Turns out it was amazeballs. Pretty sure this won’t be everyone’s cup of tea though. The durian cheese topping tasted like tempoyak, which is fermented durian. If that sounds a little too funky for you, go for the pistachio instead 😜.

That pistachio sauce was really good! Thick and chunky with lots of crunchy bits of pistachio in it... pistachio heaven!
