This little cafe is located next to a Starbucks and opposite it is another cafe. Guess which one is always crowded? The coffee here has always been consistently good, be it espresso-based or filter or cold brews. I’ve seen their barista prepare a filter coffee for me and they always try it before serving. Definitely my go-to place whenever I’m at this mall.

Really good coffee made by experienced baristas using a Slayer. My dream machine. Please note that the name of the cafe is actually Kaizen Coffee by Project Gibraltar and not 46 by Project Gibraltar as indicated by Google.

Pretty Good for the flat white but Really Good for the amaretti cookie. I would get more than 1 next time!

Quite a decent cup. Maybe just a wee bit over-extracted for me... just one or two seconds less would have been perfect.
