This is the perfect example of how you don’t always need complicated or fancy toppings to make something Amazing. It’s a simple nut, but it’s so good. You need to warm this one up to fully enjoy it. (Actually please do try and warm up all of their sourdonuts before you consume. It’s so good that way). The exterior crisps up ever so slightly, giving way to a soft but pleasurably chewy sourdonut. The taste is more complex than a regular yeasted doughnut. There’s a slight tang from the sourdough and the cinnamon sugar seems to enhance that. It’s really, really good.
