Braised shelling beans, porcini mushrooms, sweet clover infused zebra tomato. This is the chef's vegetarian version of the traditional version which has lots of meat and white beans. It reminded of spoiled white beans that's been sitting out for too long on a hot day. All I can say is: if ain't broke, don't fix it!!!! Seriously!
