Focaccia is so soft and the combination of fillings excellent and so flavoursome.

Perfect eggs, nice bacon and a lovely tomato sauce.

Such interesting combos of fillings at Max’s. This is braised beef, kimchi, fried noodles and I can’t remember what else but there is more! Super juicy.

I actually loved the filling in this. The chutney tasted great with the cheese and overall was a delicious sandwich.

Full of colour and flavoursome relish. Seitan replaces the salt beef and tastes good but bears no resemblance to an actual Reuben sandwich filling. Also way too much salad - id taken most of it out for this photo. Vegan cheese seemed nice but would’ve liked a bit more. Not bad at all, just not I’d call it a Reuben and more cheese, less lettuce!

A little bit plain but the added halloumi made alll the difference. A big portion.
