Pork belly is stunning.

Deliciously tender pork with a velvety parsnip purée (normally purées are too fussy for me but this one worked as there was a lot of it and with so much flavour). I even enjoyed the potatoes.

Cooked perfectly with delicious caramelised apple and celeriac purée

Loved the rice - very silky in texture when coated with the sauce. The pork was ok and the potatoes didn’t need to be there.

Was nice but very very salty. Really enjoyed the rosti.
