Chips okay - not really a fan of chip shop chips anyway. Fish was super silky and batter was good but had gone a bit soggy and stuck to the paper so I lost the batter underneath the fish. If it’d been the same as the sausage and fish cake batter it would’ve been perfect.

Really crispy batter and chips that aren’t soggy or stodgy.
