Nicest waffles I’ve had, beautiful hollandaise and poached eggs with a spicy kick

The nicest eggs benedict I have ever had.

The most perfect poached eggs, really little ones but with a gorgeous runny centre. Decent pork belly. Interesting take on a classic

Pulled pork was really nice, and really enjoyed the sauce on the fried chicken. Biscuits a great, spongy base, if a little stodgy.

Disappointing amount of lobster.

A bit too heavy and over cooked.
