A good risotto with delicious meaty duck breast.

Really tasty crispy skin

Surprisingly preferred this to the pan fried breast. Really enjoyed the saltiness at the time but now I’m definitely feeling a bit of a salt overload (may be due to how much I ate overall rather than how much salt I consumed!)
