I’ll feel bad if the best thing I ate in New Orleans ends up being a biscuit with jam, but this blew my mind. Like all the best textures of bread, sponge and flaky pastry combined and served warm. Heaven.

Sorry I have no idea what this is but tasted quite nice - soft biscuit with maybe some kind of fruity nutty marzipanny centre
