Light and fluffy bun with delicious satay chicken filling and salad

A giant bao bun that was super soft and fluffy. Filling wasn’t as packed in or juicy as others I’ve had but overall I just really liked the texture.

I’ve had vegan chicken substitutes before and enjoyed them but something about this was so off. I couldn’t eat it. The chicken and mayo were just wrong.
