The amuse bouche for the evening and it was delicious. I would've been happier with a big bowl of it rather than a teeny weeny espresso cup.

This was the first course of the 6-course degustation last night. I didn't get a chance to take a photo before the veloute was poured into the bowl but there were little cubes of pumpkin under there. I loved this dish.

With rice ice cream, lobster and truffle foam. I didn't taste much of the truffle but the lobster definitely came through.

Shame it wasn’t heated enough for me. It’s the middle of winter and a hot soup would be so good. I also preferred more butter on the toast. $16

Parsnip soup with coconut milk. Not bad but could be better.
