Continuation of #WOAP lunch: The gumbo is the dish on top left. It was served with potato salad which is common in Louisiana according to Chef Edoardo. The chicken with dirty rice on the right and the pork shoulder with rawena bread by Chef Rex on bottom left. It was a delicious lunch! Menu on second photo.

Not quite a thick chowder but good flavours.
