My favourite dish in the degustation

With mushrooms sauce, turnip, etc. absolutely divine!

Loved this dish. It would've been perfect for me if the scallops were a bit less cooked. Still amazing though.

Scallops. So far, first 3 courses are yum!!!

With Thai basil and coconut

Bream Bay scallops, capsicum puree, crispy new season artichoke, asparagus, Serrano ham

With sage, capers and lemon.

With mushrooms. This was a very good dish.

Nothing fancy but well done.

Part of the €55 surprise menu

The menu said there's foie gras and chanterelles but I couldn't find them. The sauce was nice but the whole dish didn't work well for me.
