I met Penny when she used to work at my favourite cafe in town (before it changed hands and eventually went out of business). I didn’t know she worked here now and was pleasantly surprised to see her. She recommended this dish. I knew the head chef has changed so decided to check it out. So happy the quality of food is still top notch. Loved this dish.

This was an excellent dish.

Dish #5 of 8. The salmon is a new product from Ora King Salmon who supply good restaurants in NZ. The salmon was hot smoked and was absolutely divine. Loved this dish.

Mt Cook Alpine Salmon tataki, wasabi crusted w/ crab cannelloni, caviar, tempura vegetables, hanabi sauce. It was really good.
