Delicious!

Since I couldn’t get to Tipo00, this is the closest and it didn’t disappoint. I love this dish.

Mushrooms, mascarpone and truffle oil. What’s not to love? I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. Would highly recommend.

Parmesan crusted chicken on pasta with mushrooms, peppers and onions. Delicious!

Another winning dish for me. Enjoying the dishes so far at this one-week old restaurant in town.

New item on the menu. It was lovely.

This restaurant only serves a set menu and it’s a surprise as you only find out on the night what they’re serving. This was the first course and I loved it.

With chilli oil, parmesan and rocket. Nice!

The lemon rind sprinkled on top gave it a wonderful balance. The texture of the pasta was just right for me. Loved this.

With caramel butter, broccolini, almonds and cranberries.

With sage butter and roasted hazelnuts.

I’ve never had a bad meal at Prefab. It’s one of my favourite cafes in Wellington.

Penne pasta with bacon, onion and tomato cooked in a cream and cheese sauce.

Giant pasta shells stuffed with spinach, ricotta, parmesan, basil and seasoning cooked in bechamel and homemade tomato sauce topped with fresh basil and parmesan.
