With coffee foam, granola of caramelised nuts and seeds. Delish!

This was delicious! I loved the preserved lemon and mint with it.

With haloumi, Gorgonzola, walnuts, pumpkin, sage. The entree as part of the 3-course set menu promotion. Very tasty!

I enjoyed this too. So far the Trust the Chef event is a winner for me.
