French toast, yuzu curd, vanilla and olive oil ice cream, mandarin, matcha soil, meringue. Absolutely to die for!!!

This was sooooo good! There was vanilla ice cream hidden in between the 2 pieces of French Toast. Absolutely delicious! I love this cafe!!! Can’t wait to go back! So much deliciousness in Sydney. *sigh*

With pineapple, coconut ice cream. Delicious!

Surprisingly light. Not sure I can finish one by myself though.

Plus points because of the variety of fruit underneath the bacon. There was kiwifruit, strawberries, poached pears, blueberries, blackberries, banana. ☺️

With creme fraiche and maple syrup

New on the menu. Served with lemon curd (I reckon it was spread on very sparingly 😔), meringue and cream. The brioche French toast was cooked nicely with crisp edges that I love. It was missing something to give it an oomph. Also not sure if it was worth $19.

With poached fruit, caramel brittle, side of crispy bacon. Delicious!

I asked for the ginger anglaise to be served on the side. It was a lovely breakfast for $20.

Very happy the bacon is crispy as requested. Nicely done.

With bacon, banana and apple maple. I prefer the berry compote option.

I haven’t been to this cafe for a while and I don’t know if they changed chefs. I loved today’s French Toast. It’s the same recipe but executed perfectly for me.

Still nice but I miss the little bit of honeycomb. It wasn’t there today.

Peach, ricotta, whey caramel, nine spice crumble. Delicious!!!

Served with bananas, dulce de leche, macadamia crumble and creme fraiche. I thought it wouldn’t be sweet enough for me but it was fine. Just the right amount of everything and I finished the whole dish.

Not as good as when I had it the first time. Had lots of soggy parts and had to ask for more maple syrup.
