With spinach and fried egg.

This is my first time to try this new cafe. I’ve never tried this dish before so I don’t know what to expect. It was nice but a bit too spicy for me. I’m not sure about the texture either. Is it supposed to be a bit mushy? 🤔 The owner was so friendly and comes across as a genuine person who is keen for people to taste his wife’s cooking. I don’t have Instagram but I hear they’re popular on there so they must be doing something right.
