The kingfish was to die for!

With avocado, Vietnamese mint, lemongrass and scampi oil.

Oh my, the kaffir lime with the buttermilk is good enough to drink! There’s baby coriander and the kick from the green chillies was perfect. It’s not really a ceviche but I don’t know what category this falls under. 😂

Delicious!

It was served with thinly sliced sweet potato, coriander sauce, lime juice and the dots of pumpkin purée. Very nice.

Delicious but not much fish.

The fish was quite stringy so lost points there.

It was missing some zing for me.
