With salsa verde and curried egg mousse

This was our first time at this winery restaurant. We ordered everything on the menu and I loved all the dishes. Would love to come back another time when they update the menu.

I booked this event because I’m a fan of Mt Difficulty wines. This was the first of 6 courses and I enjoyed it. The flavours worked and there was a nice little spicy kick somewhere that gave the dish that extra something. The matching rose was good too. The style was more heavy (?) and definitely not like lolly water. The remaining photos were dish #3 and #4. I enjoyed them too. Not happy with #2 and #5 so not bothering to post the photo. All the wines were great and didn’t disappoint.

It was served with pickled cabbage.
