I will have to do a blind tasting comparison between this one and my ol’ favourite from a bakery in town to see which one I like best.

It's nice and crisp on the outside and tender inside. Perfectly made. I must confess though that I still prefer the flavour of the canelé from a local bakery in Wellington. ☺️

After trying the first one I though it was just ok but after further thought, I realised it's not for me.
