Three types of caviar with crab meat, pickled daikon, kimchi, sous-vide egg yolk, sweet miso, Gochujang mayonnaise, garlic butter, seaweed flakes and Shoots NZ microgreens with jeongsik sides; bossam with ssamjang; sanjeogkkochi (Korean skewer); octopus carpaccio with ponzu; chawanmushi (Japanese egg custard) with shrimp; Japchae (Korean glass noodle), and miso soup for $42.
