I loved these. The crumbed egg in the middle was perfectly cooked. Hollandaise was flavourful.

It was served cold, fresh and oh so flavorful.

With house salted cow curd, raspberries

With sauce gribiche, badisch dunkel crumb

They didn’t cut off the stringy end.
