Attention: it’s a food truck managed by a mega friendly Italian guy (Gabriele) which cooks fresh pasta and gnocchi’s daily! Amazing! But in Schlieren only on Thursday! 💗

This was the only reason moving me to finish the ski lessons in the early morning! Tasty, creamy, cheesy pasta with little potato bites in it, and roasted onions.... absolutely one of my favorite dishes ever 😋
