AMAZING
1st RIGATONI ALLA VODKA

The sauce is so creamy and savory! Perfect blend between the tomato and cream with the vodka flavor, accented by the parmesan, this is impossible to stop eating!

A staple appetizer of St. Louis, these fried ravioli have a welcome crunch to contrast the soft filling of sauce, meat, and cheese. A culinary oddity that works!

3rd CAVATELLI WITH MONDAY SAUCE

Pasta was unfortunately bland and unseasoned, as was the ricotta. The sauce was very good, but I wish there was more meat here for the missing flavors elsewhere. The pasta was cooked perfectly and had a nice al dente chew.
4th SPAGHETTI MARINARA

A simple classic with traditional spaghetti and marinara. Nothing fancy or special, nothing offensive either.

Pasta seems to not have been cooked in salted water… just a bland side serving of pasta that did not receive any TLC. This is sad spaghetti from a location that really does its premier pasta dishes incredibly well.
