An up leveled #chawanmushi with ikura, unagi, & foie gras toppings. Love it!

Ignore the sashimi salad on the right corner, I would focus more on the #chawanmushi in the center. This appetizer was really stunning! I never thought that chawanmushi would be very delicious when it poured with #trufflemushroom oil. A leveled up of chawanmushi.

My very first #chawanmushi i ever ate back in my childhood. Since then, this japanese appetizer become 1 of my must ordered when i visit japanese restaurant.
