2nd SPAGHETTI WITH CLAMS
The Clam, New YorkProbably one of my all time favorite pasta dishes. I get it every time (and I truly hate doing that but here it’s worth it). The clams are fresh and there’s more meaty clumps in the sauce. The pasta is thick, chewy and flavorful. The greens on the side might be off putting but mixed in with the pasta actually gives each mouthful an extra bite of flavor.
