Probably one of my all time favorite pasta dishes. I get it every time (and I truly hate doing that but here it’s worth it). The clams are fresh and there’s more meaty clumps in the sauce. The pasta is thick, chewy and flavorful. The greens on the side might be off putting but mixed in with the pasta actually gives each mouthful an extra bite of flavor.

The main of the five part tasting menu. Incredible. Bound with emu egg. Wish the serving was bigger but what are ya gonna do. The chef and her husband were the only workers. Amazing spot and talked with them about a variety of things. The experience was fantastic.

Chewy and flavorful pasta! The ragu was cooked perfectly. Could have been a tad less oily, only thing that keeps it from benign an amazing.

Black linguine in a creamy pink sauce with shrimp and lobster! Not a great pic but I promise, delicious.

A few us decided to go out for an opening night meal and ordered waaaaay too much 🤣🤣🤣

The noodles weren’t terrible but it was also airport pasta sooooo don’t expect too much
